Good quality, minor shipping issue
I ordered 5 lbs of their whipped shea butter and some empty cosmetic containers for my small business. The shea butter quality is really good, very creamy and easy to work with. The containers were also sturdy. My order arrived in about 6 days, which was reasonable. However, one of the plastic jars had a small crack near the rim, nothing major but it meant I couldn't use it. Customer service was quick to respond when I emailed them, and they offered a partial refund for the damaged item. Overall, a positive experience for the price, but they could improve on packaging delicate items a bit more carefully.
Reliable supplier for bulk
